Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

The Unofficial Patch changes the condition for receiving Falk Firebeard’s letter from leveling up to one week of in-game time passing. However, in my case, even after waiting a full in-game week, the courier never appears with the letter.I have seen several threads mentioning this issue, but I am unsure how common it is.I used console commands to check the cell where courier letters should be stored, and the container was empty. Additionally, I tried uninstalling the Unofficial Patch and replaying The Man Who Cried Wolf. Without the patch installed, the courier spawned correctly after leveling up, as expected.I tested this on two different characters. In both cases, removing the Unofficial Patch before completing the quest consistently resolved the issue. Both characters had other mods installed, but as mentioned, simply removing the Unofficial Patch was sufficient to fix the problem.
