Issue #36336: Confusing enchanted imperial bracer names

 
The enchanted imperial bracers and imperial light bracers are both called "imperial bracers of xxx". For clarity, the enchanted imperial light bracers should change their names to "imperial light bracers of xxx".
Like B9751 should change to Imperial Light Bracers of Major Smithing to be consistent with the unenchanted version.
