Issue #36358: Gerhard Pohl is a blabbermouth

 
Took me awhile to figure out: CentaurusCommonsConversations. Must be that in development the NA Spaceport shops were called that, when there was a hotel.

Bumped the delay up to 1.000, same as the Well and the RandomConv. Tested together with several others.
