Issue #36362: Rieklings respawning outside of Thirsk Mead Hall

 
Some of the Rieklings continue to respawn outside of Thirsk Mead Hall after completing the quest to take it back. This was supposedly fixed a long time ago (Issue #14977), so I'm unsure why it is happening in my game.

FormIDs: 040208CF, 040208D0, 040208D2, 040208D3, 040208D4

For some reason, DLC2ThirskRieklingSpawner didn't shut down and is at Stage 0.

Using the SQV command on DLC2ThirskRieklingSpawner indicates that Riekling01, Riekling02, Riekling03, Riekling04, Riekling05 are still being held in aliases by the quest. For whatever reason Riekling06, Riekling07, Riekling08, and Riekling09 have been set to NONE.

They finally quit respawning for no obvious reason. Strangely though, the quest is still running. I can't really think of anything to blame this on except the game engine at this point. Unless you can see something that's still wrong there's probably no need to keep this report open.
