Issue #36365: Guillaume DeGarmo and George Saint-George in wrong locations

They have scene dialogue recorded with people at each other's locations. Also, Guillaume says "I work out of the Valberg building." But he never goes near it. He owns a chair at the Commercial TerraBrew, but never goes there. Details in the discussion.
