Issue #36369: Dremora merchant doesn't buy "clutter" items

 
I'm not sure if you would consider this a bug, but the Dremora merchant added by Dragonborn doesn't buy junk/clutter items with the "VendorItemClutter" keyword. He seems to be set up as a general merchant that normally would buy anything, assuming it's not stolen.
