Issue #36371: CaveGEBalconyShaftBridge01: Bad collision

 
As mentioned in Issue #36093, CaveGEBalconyShaftBridge01.nif has bad collision. After passing by the location mentioned in the previous ticket again and realizing it hadn't been fixed yet, I thought maybe it should be recorded in the tracker for a possible fix in the future.
