Just as the title says,
"FXBulletImpactWater [SNDR:00239BA5]" uses the wrong sound files. It uses the sounds meant for
"FXBulletImpactSynthGen1 [SNDR:0016BD52]" instead of its own.
The current sounds are:
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\xxx\FX_Bullet_Impact_SynthGen1_01.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\xxx\FX_Bullet_Impact_SynthGen1_02.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\xxx\FX_Bullet_Impact_SynthGen1_03.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\xxx\FX_Bullet_Impact_SynthGen1_04.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\xxx\FX_Bullet_Impact_SynthGen1_05.wav
They should be:
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_01.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_02.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_03.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_04.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_05.wav
- data\Sound\FX\FX\Bullet\Impact\FX_Bullet_Impact_Water_06.wav
These sounds exist in
"Fallout4 - Sounds.ba2" but are not used in any sound descriptor when I search using xEdit.
