The sound descriptor records
"WPNImpactPipeVsFlesh [SNDR:00231A7A]",
"WPNImpactPipeVsGeneric [SNDR:00231A7B]",
"WPNImpactPipeVsMetal [SNDR:00231A7C]", and
"WPNImpactPipeVsWood [SNDR:00231A7D]" all use the wrong sound files. They use the sounds meant for the
"WPNImpactBatonVs*" records instead of their own.
The current sounds are:

These sounds exist in
"Fallout4 - Sounds.ba2" but are not used in any sound descriptor when I search using xEdit. If these last few reports from me seem a bit copy-pasted, it's because they are. The issues are all essentially the same so I just reused them.
