Issue #36389: Misplaced items in Niranye's House

 
(1) A flagon (000D63B9) and a flute (000D63BA) are clipping with a hunting bow (000D63BC) on a shelf in Niranye's house. The flagon and flute often end up on the floor as a result.

(2) A hat (000D63B3) will fall through the shelf it's placed on. Raising it slightly would fix this.

(3) A pickaxe (000D63D8) isn't placed completely on a dresser and will sometimes fall off.
