Issue #36397: Dialogue option with Braig during "no one escapes from cidhna mine"

 
The dialogue option "It was in Helgen. I was being sent to the executioner" is still available despite choosing one of the new starting locations (in my case it was the start inside the abandoned prison, near fort Amol)
