Issue #36401: Dunmer Robes Boot Vanishing Issue

 
The Dunmer race have an issue while wearing Black Robes or Vaermina's Robes that cause their equipped boots to vanish around the ankles, or vanish entirely. This issue was documented on the Fandom page as well

This doesn't seem to impact the full list of boots, but I don't know the full list that are impacted. The attached examples show Daedric and Ebony Boots while wearing Vaermina's Robes.
