SFTA04 has a dirty edit in the OEDB505World worldspace that rotates an exterior wall (ref ID 0006C851) such that it blocks the interior staircase of the building and creates a gap in the exterior.
A related issue from the base game that I feel is appropriate to include here is that the two IndIntAddonPillarSegSmWallMidTop01 refs holding up the airlock this wall connects to has parts of its mesh clipping through the floor of the airlock.
To my knowledge these would require new geometries, meshes, and static records to fix.
