Issue #36464: Nemeria VI-B Atmosphere Mistake

 
Nemeria VI-B is marked as having no atmosphere despite having a thick atmosphere with weather, and liquid on the surface. There's no indication on what the atmosphere should be, aside from it being non-breathable, but it shares similar atmosphere appearance and weather to Venus in Sol
