Issue #36500: Visit Anchorpoint Station before Terran Armada breaks DLC.

 
If you don't own Terran Armada or visit Anchorpoint Station before the quest is triggered you break the DLC permanently for the character and cannot complete the DLC.

Upon examining this independent fix, it is because two location aliases, #3 and #4 for AnchorpointSpace and Algorab System, in quest SFTER_MQ02A have not been checked to Allow Reserved, and thus these required aliases fail to fill because another quest starting on Anchorpoint Station reserved them. The fix also has a kickstarter to move it along in the event that it should be at such a stage of progress while having never started because of the required alias fill failure.
