Issue #36558: whstonequarter.nif fixes

 
Fixes some insanely broken UVs on the pillars, some bad UVs on the walls, a zfighting spot that isn't very noticable ingame, invalid Glossiness values (breaks lighting), bad normals, a ton of duplicate vertices, and updates tangent spaces. Khrys has been working on those pillars since march 2025.

Additional fix, greatly improves collisions- both more accurate (less invisible barriers) and better optimized. Also fixes incorrect collision materials.
