Issue #36567: Forge Hammer and Anvil Misplaced in Dragonsreach

 
RefID 000e278b BaseID 000e3e69. Tested with only ussep installed vs vanilla on multiple versions. It is found on the bookshelf to the left when first entering dragonsreach.

It seems like the book has been moved from its original position and is clipped into the shelf. It then falls to the ground when the player enters the cell. Should be fixed just by reverting to original position.
