Issue #36585: UOP removed edit not crossed out

 
The changelog mentioned that the extended dialogue for the Emperor was removed. But this entry in the changelog: v3.4.0 (2011-11-06) "A much longer alternate goodbye dialog from Emperor Uriel Septim that was not set up properly will now appear" is not crossed out.
