Issue #36601: Necromancer's Amulet is wrong level

 
The Necromancer's Amulet is a leveled item. But it is not leveled by the player's level, but by Caranya's. The Remaster fixes this. More information here on UESP: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Necromancer's_Amulet You can see the it mentioned in the bugs section.
