Issue #36604: That one female Dremora

 
I found this on the UESP: "In Oblivion Remastered, A new female Dremora NPC by the name of Mehrunes' Harbinger can be encountered during the quest The Crimson Cave. She has new dialogue, both unique and generic, voiced by Debra Wilson. This dialogue does not get used by the female Markynaz archer due to her not being part of the "AltVoice" faction."

The changelog mentioned that the female Dremora was restored because she is now voiced. But as you can see she still isn't. She should be added to the AltVoice faction.
