Issue #36641: Can't far travel/grav jump after Machina Forge Prime

 
During Going Haywire, the player goes to Machina Forge Prime at the Bel system. At that time and place, there is no restriction to far travel or grav jumps. After concluding the quest stages at that location and trying to leave to Anchorage, no far travel or grav jumps are possible any longer. Cruise works but is impractical to reach different systems. Only by using console commands such as movetoqt or player.moveto am I able to leave. By these means, I am able to resolve other incursions in order to try to reset the grav jump state, but this is ineffective. I have now played for 3 charcter levels and several in game days and the state is not corrected. I have read reports that this is only rectified by starting a New Game Plus. I have also submitted a ticket to Bethesda.
