Issue #36643: vq07scaffoldbridge fixes

 
Corrects some very bad UVs on the wood posts, bad collision setup, and some skinning issues (was using oldrim format). It worked when i tested ingame - still exploded and dropped me down properly, still had all the animations playing - but a second test on a different setup would be nice.
