These meshes are mistakenly given the Glow Shader type on their solid stone walls, despite those not having emittance or being light sources. They also have no glowmap assigned so the glow shader wouldn't work regardless, so the most this can do is cause stability issues. Most likely this was a copy-paste error from the window variants. Also fixed incorrect collision materials, bethesda had them set to purely wood when its a mix of wood and stone.
