Issue #36646: Revert Neloth's altered dialogue abou the Nerevarine

Neloth mistakenly refers to the Nerevarine as male, when in canon this isn't known. [This was later confirmed to be a glitch in a posting by Michael Kirkbride in 2015. Source: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/General:Michael_Kirkbride's_Posts#2015 ] [sound\voice\Dragonborn.esm\dlc2maleuniqueneloth\dlc2dialog_dlc2telmithrynm_00039fbf_1.fuz]

This issue came up on the xEdit Discord and prompted an unrelated lore debate about Neloth and the Nerevarine.

The problem is that we ultimately do not know if the developers intended to canonize the Nerevarine as male, if it's just Neloth being his usual abrasive self, or if this actually was a "glitch" as Kirkbride put it. Kirkbride was no longer working for Bethesda in 2015 when he made that statement and there's nothing to corroborate his claim that it's an error of some sort. So we should not have given weight to that, nor should the original edit in 2013 have been made without more evidence.

Therefor the proposal is to remove this edit, and the accompanying INFO record that goes with it. This will revert Neloth back to calling the Nerevarine "He" in his dialogue as the DLC originally shipped.
