Issue #36672: Unobtainable unhooded Archmage Robes in the Archmage's Quarters

 
There are some unobtainable unhooded Archmage Robes in the Archmage's Quarters. In vanilla they are disabled. USSEP enables them. I think they were probably meant to stay disabled or meant to be deleted but were forgotten about. The devs probably placed them when it wasn't decided yet how the player would obtain the robes after becoming Archmage. And after deciding, just disabled them. Normally the unhooded variant is not obtainable of course, but it might have been cut on purpose like other robes. Maybe Cutting Room Floor can restore them.
