Issue #36674: Veren Duleri's appearance

 
Veren Duleri has an inconsistent appearance. His appearance in the Dreamstride is different from when you face him in the present day. USSEP tries to make both versions the same. But I think similiar to the situation with Amaund Motierre, the other appearance is supposed to show how much time has passed between then and now.
