Issue #36701: Wharetino fixes

 
I'm not even sure how to log this because SO MUCH was broken. Tons and tons and tons of UV errors, gaps everywhere, collision with no relation to the actual 3d, incorrect glossiness settings, zfighting windows, and part of the roof overhand was randomly purple.
