Issue #36706: Gilfre from Mixwater Mill might be supposed to be a Nord but is an Imperial

 
Gilfre is an Imperial, but other characters behave as if she is a Nord. I suggest reading through her UESP page and then the ones of Gemma Uriel and Ganna Uriel for more information.
