Issue #36712: Visiting Noble's body persists in the world

 
During The Dark Brotherhood Forever quest one of the targets for assassination is a Visiting Noble (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Visiting_Noble). Long after being killed his body seems to be stuck in Dragonsreach.
