Issue #36724: Ingun Black-Briar is wrong about Nirnroot when she shouldn't be

 
Nirnroot is the easiest. It grows only by the water and makes a unique chiming noise. The only drawback is it won't regrow after harvesting.
Ingun says this during her small quest when you collect ingredients for her. She is wrong and Nirnroot does regrow. I think she should know this. Maybe her dialogue can be adjusted.
