Issue #36731: Undocumented edit to room bounds in the Bards College

There are two room bound markers in the college interior that have been bound to each other even though they are not connected via portals. There is nothing in the changelog to indicate why this was done. So unless a reason is found for why this happened, the edits need to be removed.
