Issue #36750: Cursed Ring of Hircine effect description is missing a period.

 
I discovered this again while patching. The vanilla description of the item's effect is "Causes the wearer to randomly become a werewolf", the Cutting Room Floor description is "Causes the wearer to randomly become a werewolf."

The period at the end of the sentence seems correct to me. It could be included in USSEP.
