Issue #36752: Ice Wraith Bane description is misleading

 
The poison only works against ice wraiths. This is not mentioned in the item description.
UESP is correct. The poison's description only mentions that it causes 50 points of poison damage. Perhaps it should specify that it really only works against Ice Wraiths.
