Issue #36767: Balagog gro-Nolob talks about the village (that was cut)

 
During the quest Recipe for Disaster when you talk to Balagog gro-Nolob inside the Nightgate Inn and then choose the remain silent option, he will say: "Yes, well. Perhaps the proprietor of this establishment can assist you. Please, you're starting to... frighten me."
If you talk to him while he is outside he will instead say: "Yes, well. Perhaps someone else in the village can assist you?"

This is a leftover from when there was still a village around Nightgate Inn. Cutting Room Floor luckily restores it, but perhaps with only USSEP installed he should still only talk about the proprietor of the establishment even when outside. Then with Cutting Room Floor installed, he could say the line about the village again.

Small correction: he will also talk about the village while in the cellar of the Nightgate Inn. So he will only use a fitting line if you somehow get him upstairs where the owner of the inn is. In the cellar and at the lake (where Balagog gro-Nolob mostly hangs out) he talks about the village.
