Issue #36770: Ancient Traveler's Skull respawns at Wayward Pass

 
The Ancient Traveler's Skull respawns at Wayward Pass. It probably shouldn't, since it is unique.

The stats are also strange. A normal skull's weight is 2 and value is 5. The Ancient Traveler's Skull has a weight of 5 and value of 0. Not sure if this is also something that should be fixed.

The weight/value is probably intentional for flavor.
For the respawn... should the rest of the skeleton also be No Respawn? What about the other items around it like the weapon and armor?
