Issue #36773: Vale Deer should probably have small antlers instead of large ones

This is from the USSEP changelog. I think small antlers would be way more fitting. The visible antlers on the Vale Deer look quite small and the Large Antlers that look like the ones of an elk do not really resemble the ones on the Vale Deer's head.
