Issue #36776: Issues with a fireplace in Whiterun Catacombs

 
In vanilla, Brenuin's dead body cleanup script mistakenly points to one of the fireplaces (000E4AF3) instead of his burial urn. Although the Unofficial Patch fixed it, the said fireplace remains initially disabled + it is still marked as a persistent reference, which is now completely unnecessary.
