Issue #36783: Guillaume DeGarmo still in wrong location

 
USFP 1.0.8 is missing a change from the provided patch that makes all the difference.

Package UC_NA_GuillaumeDeGarmo_PreGemJealousyQuestPackage uses the Linked Ref in his UC_NA_GuillaumeDeGarmoRef. When the fix was copied, this important change was missed. Guillaume is still in the wrong chair.

It's the last changed record in the patch (see #36365), [000C8215] Linked Ref [000538D7] changed to [002769E4], which already has the proper Guillaume ownership.

Record numbers indicate that the original chair was made, then Guillaume's Ref used that nearby chair. After recorded dialogue, somebody realized Guillaume was in the wrong place, made the new owned chair, but forgot to make this obscure change to the Linked Ref.

(Didn't make a new patch, just look at the old patch, or make this simple change with xEdit.)
