Knights - Unofficial Patch.esp benefits from adding the Delev and Relev bash tags to it, due to longstanding bashed patch issues with how it handles leveled lists. Before and after images of the affected record NDLL0ArmorHeavyBoots [LVLI:xx000FD0] are attached.

This issue was also directly addressed by Infernio in the Wrye Bash Discord server here, who also suggested giving Knights - Unofficial Patch.esp the Delev and Relev bash tags to solve the same problem with NDLL0ArmorHeavyBoots [LVLI:xx000FD0] flag changes being undone by the bashed patch.
