There are quite a few NPCs related to the Forsworn conspiracy, who usually end up killed during the quest. These NPC are Nana Ildene, Donnell, Nepos the Nose, Uaile, Morven and Tynan. However, at least some of these deaths can be avoided by going to Eltrys after investigating only one of the two parties or pickpocketing Nepos and Thonar for their journals instead of questioning them.
The problem is that all of the aforementioned NPCs lack any kind of proper schedule (for example, Ildene, Donnell, Morven and Tynan will continue to sweep the floor indefinitely without ever doing anything else).
So, I would suggest to give them some basic AI packages to use after the quest.
Ildene does have a bed in her name in Treasury house, which she can use. In Nepos' house, both beds are owned by the house faction, but it is clear that one of them was meant for Nepos and other for Uaile. On the other hand, Donnell, Morven and Tynan have nowhere to sleep (they were created much later with a singular purpose: to serve as enemies during the quest, so Bethesda hasn't bothered to provide them with beds.
