Issue #36817: Arch-Mage Hannibal Traven's greetings dialog has a voice and subtitle mismatch

 
The affected record is: [INFO:0000BEE4] (''Greetings. It is high time that we meet face to face, don't you think?'' in GREETING "GREETING" [DIAL:000000C8] in MG12Gate "Liberation or Apprehension?" [QUST:0000395F])

The subtitles say: "Greetings. It is high time that we meet face to face, don't you think?"

But the voice actor actually says this instead: "Greetings. It is high time that we met face to face, don't you think?"

Notice how the subtitles say "meet", but the voice actor actually says "met".
