Issue #36824: Chaos Damage shock effect uses incorrect hit shader

It appears a developer (or the CK) made an accidental change when setting Chaos Damage's enchantment shader to EnchPurpleFXShader: The Hit Shader field was also changed to EnchPurpleFXShader instead of using ShockFXShader like all other shock damage enchantments. The result is that when the shock damage component procs, the target is covered in the purple enchantment shader instead of the usual shock damage effect. I have not been able to find any indication of intent or method behind the change, it has all the hallmarks of being an erroneous change, and it sends the wrong feedback to the player - as a young dovahkiin I thought it meant all 3 effects had procced, and I'm sure many others have interpreted it differently than just "the shock damage procced."

Suggestion: Change the hit shader back to ShockFXShader.
