Issue #36827: Corelian's Diary Typos

 
The book Corelian's Diary has two typos:
1. The item's name is "Corelian's diary", with the 'd' in "diary" being lowercase, which is inconsistent with other item names.
2. The diary's contents refer to a single Elder Scroll as a plural.
