Issue #36834: Dwemer pipe wrong scale

 
[REFR:0007FF0A] (Places DwePipe2way01 [STAT:0005FBC5] in BlackreachSewer01 [CELL:0007FCDD]) has wrong scale 0.5 instead of 1.0 and looks incorrect, floating in the air.
