Issue #36835: Dragon lines with wrong sound output settings

quoting the nexus report:
"During the Dragon Rising quest (MQ104), Mirmulnir supposedly speaks the voice line: "Zok morokei! More souls to feed my master's hunger." to announce his present when flying to the watchtower. While I am aware that this line is missing in the English version and you guys have created a custom voice line for it, along with other missing lines of Mirmulnir, however, without the correct "Audio Output Overdrive" setting in the MQ104FortAttackScene (Action 21), this line can not be heard. If you add the the output setting "SOMDialogue3D10000Dragon", you will hear this line loud and clear.

Also, in the same vein, Odahviing has line with a soft yelling "Dovahkiin!" during The Fallen quest (MQ301), but since it has not audio output setting, you can not hear it. If you add the output setting "SOMStereoRadDragonRoar40960" in the "MQ301DragonAttackScene" (action 37), you can hear this voice line as Odahviing approaches. "

(Rather than apply SOMStereoRadDragonRoar40960, I instead made a modified version of the SOMDialogue3D10000ODahviing one with the range increased to 40960, to maintain the same attenuation settings as SOMDialogue3D10000ODahviing since SOMStereoRadDragonRoar40960's are a bit different.
