Issue #36858: Skaal hats have a wrong value

 
DLC2ClothesSkaalHat "Skaal Hat" [ARMO:04039114] are likely too valuable due to a typo. Value is 400 gold. The value of the Skaal Coat is 100 gold. The boots and gloves are 30 gold. This is why the value of the hat seems like a mistake.
