Issue #36870: Imperial sword has data that should not be necessary and the Falmer bow is missing it

 
Imperialsword "Imperial Sword" [WEAP:000135B8] has Range Min and Range Max data.

FalmerBow "Falmer Bow" [WEAP:00038340] is missing Range Min and Range Max data. (Also not sure about the reach value, but if it does not seem odd to you then it is probably fine.)
