Issue #37020: Solution to Jorn (the busy)?

 
USSEP removes this package from Jorn so he can attend other parts of his schedule "SolitudeBardPlayFlutePackage8x3 [PACK:00085475]".

I saw a mod that adds it back to him, but tweaks it to a "SolitudeBardPlayFlutePackage12x2" (hour 12, duration 120). Apparently this way he can follow all his tasks without being late or skipping any.
