Issue #37027: Unused leveled list for bandit helmets exists

 
00037c26 LItemBanditHelmet50 is a leveled list containing light helmets for bandits. The list also contains hide helmets which (similiar to the Vampire Gauntlets) can only be very rarely found.

The list could be added to Bandit outfits.
