Issue #37028: swindmill.nif fixes

 
Remade the existing USSEP fixes using the new bethesda base mesh.
Also fixed some gaps and uv errors that had remained unfixed in both the new vanilla mesh and ussep's existing one. Goes in /architecture/solitude/
